1 Hour Buddy Sessions
Two people train together with personal trainer1 Buddy Session a week @ €50 per session (€25 each)
2 Buddy Sessions a week @ €40 per session (€20 each)
3 Buddy Sessions a week @ €35 per session (€17.50 each)
4 Buddy Sessions a week @ €26 per session (€13 each)
30 Min Personal Training
1 Half Hour a Week €20. You complete with your trainer by your side coaching you throughout your whole session
30 Min Personal Training X 2
2 Half Hours a Week €36. You complete with your trainer by your side coaching you throughout your whole session
30 Min Personal Training X 3
3 Half Hours a Week €45. You complete with your trainer by your side coaching you throughout your whole session
30 Min Buddy Sessions
Two people train together with a personal trainer- 1 Buddy Session a week @ €24 per session (€12 each)
- 2 Buddy Sessions a week @ €22 per session (€11 each)
- 3 Buddy Sessions a week @ €20 per session (€10 each)
- 4 Buddy Sessions a week @ €18 per session (€9 each)
Board Sessions
Board sessions are independent sessions that you will have previously booked in and gone through with your trainer. Your program is written up on a whiteboard by your trainer for your own personal, specific progression and noted in each clients workout folder.
There is always a trainer on site if any help is needed during sessions.

Three 1 Hour Board Session 3 times a week for a whole month
30 Min Board X 3 Sessions / Week
Three 30 Min Board Sessions 3 times a week for a whole month
Classes
Classes vary depending on demand. Most classes will be courses of 4 to 6 weeks and will have 1 to 2 classes per week varying from TRX, Health Pump, Boxfit, Pilates, etc.
Courses MUST be booked before class via Text.
